The German international is confident that, despite PSG's underwhelming Champions League campaign this year, his future at the club is secure. He puts his achievements in the French capital down to the presence of compatriot Thomas Tuchel at the helm.
"He has a lot of confidence in me. At the start it was difficult, because he asked a lot of me, more goals, more assists, to be a special player. He always tells the truth. If he is not happy, he tells you. He says 'you were rubbish today'. He is just like that".
The 25-year-old sees himself playing in Paris until his contract expires in 2021, at the very least.
"I don't know if the club want to keep me, but I am open to that. If the club come to me and tell me 'Let's talk about a renewal', why not. I am very happy here, not because of the money, I like my teammates, and I like living in Paris as well".
The forward also gave his opinion on Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, saying that he is confident that the pair will stay at PSG.
"I am not the club's sports director, but if you ask me, I think they will stay. They're work is not done here and that is why I think they will stay".
Draxler has scored three goals for PSG in 23 appearances for PSG this season.
