Diego Simeone's son salutes father after goal
The Atletico Madrid manager was in the stands as he watched his son perform for the 'Viola'.
The 23-year-old finished past Chievo goalkeeper Andrea Seculin in stoppage time.
After the referee blew the final whistle, Fiorentina manager Stefano Pioli spoke to Simeone and pointed out where his father was sat.
Giovanni then saluated his father, who waved back, looking full of pride for his son.
