Lyon are at risk of losing several of their biggest players after not managing to qualify for the Champions League due to the cancellation of Ligue 1.
In a chat with 'Le Progrès', Jean Michel Aulas revealed that Memphis Depay could leave the French outfit if they don't play in next year's edition of the Champions League.
"I have no news of a possible exit," explained the president in the aforementioned source. "But he told me that he wanted to have a conversation when he returned to Lyon after the lockdown," he said.
Aulas knows about Depay's intentions because of the movements of his agents: "I know they're thinking about a way out if we don't qualify for the Champions League".
After leaving his horrible spell at Manchester United in the past, Memphis Depay had been revived until the coronavirus and a serious injury marred his progress. Now, he could say goodbye to the French squad without playing any more matches.
