De Ketelaere faces three-week lay-off with muscle injury

Atalanta have suffered a blow in the middle of the race for a place in the next edition of the Champions League, as they will be without Charles De Ketelaere for at least the next two Serie A matches.
The Belgian playmaker suffered a first-degree injury to the adductor longus fasciae muscle of the left thigh in the last training session of the ‘Dea’ and will be forced to stop for about 20 days.
The 24-year-old midfielder may be available to host Lecce on April 27, but he will not be available to host Bologna or for the visit to the San Siro, where dropping points could be costly in terms of Champions League qualification.
De Ketelaere has been crucial for Atalanta this season, having made 44 appearances, scoring 10 goals and providing 11 assists.
