"Curry plays golf on day of a game and I can't two days before"

Golf has gone from being a hobby to a problem for Gareth Bale in Spain. A back injury, probably caused by playing golf, converted the Welshman's hobby into an issue for people.
Whenever Bale has played golf, there has been an issue. The Real Madrid man spoke on Erik Anders Lang's golf podcast and expressed his annoyance at being criticised for playing golf.
He even compared himself to professional sports stars from other sports. "It shouldn't be like that, but yes, many people have problems with me playing golf. I don't know why, becuase I've spoken to many people and they aren't bothered, but that is what happens," Bale began.
"Especially in the media, there is a perception that golf isn't good for me, that I should be resting, that it could cause me injuries," he continued.
And the winger compared himself to Stephen Curry, an NBA player who even plays on the day of a game.
"In America, for example, Stephen Curry on the morning of a game. Here, if I play two days before a match they say: 'But what is he doing?," the Real Madrid winger concluded.
