Crystal Palace hope to prevent Zaha's departure

Zaha recently declared that he wanted to play Champions League football. With those statements in mind, alarm bells were raised at his current club, Crystal Palace.

Steve Parish, the club's biggest shareholder, is prepared to do whatever is necessary to keep hold of their player. The main measure that has been taken, was to value him at a whopping 80 million euros, in the hope of avoiding interest and negotiations from other teams.

The forward is 'non-negotiable' for the English side, who played 36 games and scored 10 goals this season. He also registered five assists.

He has played for Crystal Palace for the majority of his career but he has had a few spells away from London at Manchester United and Cardiff City.
