If Cassano speaks, the temperature goes up. The former player gave an interview to 'Corriere dello Sport' and he focussed on Cristiano Ronaldo and his role at Juventus.
For the Italian, it is not enough to score a lot of goals since, according to him, Juventus signed him to win the Champions League and that has not happened up to now.
"Juventus signed him to win the Champions League, but with him they've done worse than beforehand. The 'Scudetto' they would have also won it without him," he began.
In Cassano's opinion, what Sarri and Pirlo have done is try and change Juventus' style and philosophy. The Portuguese does not fit in with that philosophy if you take into account the ideas of the current coach.
"In 120 years, Juventus were only interested in winning, but with Sarri and Pirlo they've tried to change the club. Cristiano does not fit in with Andrea's (Pirlo) ideas," he continued.
"Cristiano will keep on scoring goals, but Pirlo wants to pressure, play the ball between the lines and Cristiano does not participate muich. Cristiano Ronaldo has done awfully these three years unless he wins the Champions League this season," concluded a Cassano who is not at all happy with what the Portuguese has done since leaving Real Madrid.
