"Cristiano has a big problem with Sarri"
Although he no longer plays on the pitch anymore, Antonio Cassano is still an opinionated character. The former striker spoke with 'Tiki Taka' about the current situation in Italian football and, as well as speaking about Lautaro Martinez, he also had some words to say about Cristiano Ronaldo and Maurizio Sarri.
"I believe that Ronaldo has a big problem with Sarri. It all started will the two consecutive substitutions, something which annoyed him," Antonio Cassano said, in relation to the Portuguese player, who has stated that he will not be going to the Ballon d'Or ceremony.
"In my opinion, there is a problem amongst them that Juventus must be able to solve," the Italian continued, contradicting Cristiano's words in the press, in which he assured that the relationship between the two was good.
On the other hand, Cassano also praised Gianluigi Buffon, who was criticised for a mistake against Sassuolo that cost Juventus a point.
"It's a fact that Buffon should play, because he's still better than Szczesny. In Arsenal he was always second goalkeeper, fighting for the position with Almunia and Fabianski, in Rome he had a good year and now is only in his first season as a starter," said the veteran goalkeeper.
However, the good things he said about 'Gigi' were not repeated with De Ligt: "Before Buffon's mistake we have to say that De Ligt made his umpteenth mistake".
