The Manchester City scouts are always searching for new, young talent across the world. Most recently, Souleymane Isaak Touré, has appeared on their radar. He is a 19 year old defender who currently plays for Le Havre in the French Ligue 2.
According to 'L'Equipe', the English club will attempt to sign the player during the current transfer window and will then loan him to one of the 'City Group' teams. For example, Troyes, who currently play in France's top division.
The Cityzens have set their sights on Toure after recognising his technical and and physical qualities. The Frenchman measures at 6.75ft tall and has dazzled with his physical strength when battling for the ball.
Currently, nothing regarding his signing has been officially confirmed. However, what is certain, is that City are close to putting in a bid for the defender. Two other clubs in the form of Milan and Lyon have also expressed their interest in the player.
Should no complications arise, Toure will sign for Pep Guardiola's side this summer. However, he will not play under the manager as first he will be sent out to gain experience at another club in the hope of one day returning to Manchester, and playing amongst the best in the world in the Premier League.
