Two Italian clubs and another in England are fighting for the signing of one of the most sought-after players in the transfer market, Fiorentina player Federico Chiesa.
The 22-year-old winger, whose contract at Fiore lasts until 2022, has entered on to the agenda of Juventus, Inter Milan, and Manchester United.
But in the last few hours 'La Gazzetta dello Sport' has informed of Chelsea's passage to the front of the queue, a new candidate for the signing of the Fiorentina youth academy graduate.
However, the aforementioned source assures that Fiorentina will not sit down to negotiate for less than 70 million euros, reason why the four clubs will have to convince Fiore with the best bid.
Just a few days ago, Rocco Commisso, Fiorentina's maximum shareholder, commented on the possible future of the promising Italian: "Chiesa must decide. If he wants to leave, I'll satisfy him in exchange for a fair figure. Lautaro's release clause is 111 million euros? It could go up a million euros for Chiesa. I'm joking. It's enough that the figure is the right one".
"His possible signing for Juventus? I'm thinking of the good of Fiorentina. If Chiesa wants to leave, our priority will be to get the right financial reward. There are no vetoes for other clubs," he said.
