Incoming Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has chosen not to offer Alexandre Pato a permanent deal to stay at Stamford Bridge next season.
The striker arrived at the club back in January on loan from Corinthians, but failed to prove his fitness and only managed to make two appearances in a Chelsea shirt.
The 26-year-old is believed to have favoured a permanent deal with the Premier league outfit, but will now have to return to Corinthians unless he can find another club this summer.
His contract with the Brazilian side is set to run out in January meaning that he could become available on a free transfer.
