The League One club have seen financial matters off the field come to a head - with no signs of a proposed sale by the Belgian being close to completion and austerity measures continuing.
In an open letter, administrative staff at Charlton expressed "extreme disappointment" that money which was due to be paid on July 31 had not been forthcoming
The situation has not improved, which had led many club staff to encourage the club's fans to protest in a sign of solidarity.
