Cantona predicts England World Cup victory
Cantona posted the video on social media which showed the bizarre maths equation that he had used.
The video has been viewed over 140,000 times in less than 22 hours.
In the video, he says:
"Here is a little algebra demonstration – 1966, the year England won the World Cup."
"One squared, multiplied by nine squared, times six squared, times six squared, equals this... (104, 976)."
"Divide it by 52, the number of years since they won, and you get this = (20,187,692). Check it out and you'll see."
"The United legend adds: 'So 2018 - seven is July; six plus nine equals 15th; and two. So 2018, July 15th is the second World Cup. Come on England!"
The positive comments have been flooding in, with many Brits agreeing with Cantona's workings out.
