Bryan Gil just missed out on Barca move because of Adama Traore

The January transfer window is over and Bryan Gil managed to find a new club. Tottenham decided to loan the player out to Sevilla, a club where he is hoping to play more often than he has done for Spurs.

Since the player arrived in London, he has had loan deal after loan deal. He first went to Valencia on loan and now he is back in Spain at Sevilla, the club's academy he came through.

But when he finished at the Mestalla, everything could have been very different. 'Mundo Deportivo' says that Barcelona were very close to signing him.

Exactly a year ago, Xavi was looking for a winger in the transfer windoe. They had the name of Bryan Gil on the table: he was to his liking nd he had received very good reviews from staff about the player.
