Brighton players caught inhaling balloons in Spain!

Four Brighton players have been up to no good during the winter break. Shane Duffy, Pascal Gross, Leandro Tossard and Alireza Jahabakhsh inhaled nitrous oxide (or the laughing gas) through balloons. They were having a good time, but cameras caught them and now they have hit the headlines for the wrong reasons.

The winter break has served for some players to completely switch off from football.

Some decided to spend time with their family while others decided to travel. In Spain, four Brighton footballers were caught inhaling nitrous oxide balloons in a bar.

The gas, known as 'hippy crack' or 'laughing gas' has become popular recently in the Premier League. In the past, Arsenal players Alexandre Lacazette, Matteo Guendouzi, Sead Kolasinac, Mesut Ozil and Pierre Emerick Aubameyang were caught doing this.

On this occasion, Shane Duffy, Pascal Gross, Leandro Trossard and Alireza Jahanbakhsh are the guilty men. This gas has been bad in the UK since 2016.

An overdose can lead to problems with coordination, heart attacks or even a sudden death. The Englsh side said that they will deal with the issue internally, but did not give more details.
