The 'Blues' have enjoyed a perfect start to their Premier League season with five wins from five, though their attention now turns to European competition.
Sarri has selected a strong squad for the game, although Eden Hazard and David Luiz are to be rested for Sunday's London derby against West Ham in the league. Mateo Kovacic and Emerson will also miss out on the game.
18-year-old Wales international Ethan Ampadu was given a place in the squad, just one week after announcing a new five-year deal with Chelsea.
Ampadu said: "I’m really proud and happy. I’m looking forward to the next five years and all I have got to do now is continue to work hard, and hopefully good things will happen. I’d like to think my game has significantly improved since I have been here.
"I have learned a lot from the experiences I have gratefully had so far, and I have still got a lot to learn. Now I only want to keep working hard for more."
Also in Chelsea's Europa League group are BATE Borisov of Belarus and Hungarian side Videoton.
