Bielsa joined the Yorkshire club last summer, and enjoyed a fruitful first campaign in England as his overperforming Leeds side led the way at the top of the Championship for much of the season.
However, Bielsa's men struggled towards the end of the season and finished 3rd, before falling in dramatic fashion to Frank Lampard's Derby County in a bitterly contested playoff semi-final clash.
The Argentine signed a two year contract in June 2018, and the club had the right to extend or terminate the deal at the end of the first year. +
Bielsa will be hoping to go one better next season and take former heavyweights Leeds back to the elite of English football.
