BeSoccer's LaLiga Team of the Week - Gameweek 10

We take a look at some of the best performances from this week's round of LaLiga fixtures. Do you agree with our side?

Goalkeeper: Sergio Álvarez (Celta)

Celta's clean sheet against Eibar was largely down to a fine performance from the man between the sticks. Álvarez turned in his best display of the season as he kept out the Basques time and again. Quite simply, he didn't deserve to be on the losing side.

Defender: Jesús Navas (Sevilla)

Having seen his performance levels drop somewhat in recent weeks, Navas was back to his best down the right flank against Huesca.

Defender: Diego Godín (Atlético Madrid)

Like a fine wine, the Uruguayan seems only to be getting better with age. The strapping defender was the unlikely source of Atleti's opener against Real Sociedad, whilst he was also his usual reliable self at the back.

Defender: Jordi Alba (Barcelona)

The defender's buccaneering raids down the left flank helped Barca's compensate for the absence of Lionel Messi as he issued a timely reminder that he is arguably the best left-back available to Spain boss Luis Enrique.

Midfielder: Sergi Roberto (Barcelona)

A jack of all trades, Roberto played right-back for the first 45 minutes of El Clasico, only to shine after being moved into midfield as he stamped his authority on the game with two assists.

Midfielder: Brais Méndez (Celta)

The Celta academy product is slowly making himself one of the first names on the teamsheet and its largely thanks to performances like this one. He was at the heart of all Celta's best attacks and even managed to round his performance off with a goal.

Midfielder: Pablo Sarabia (Sevilla)

It looked like being a frustrating afternoon for the Andalusians as they saw two goals ruled out by VAR, only for Sarabia to show his class to claim a brace against Huesca.

Midfielder: Daniele Verde (Real Valladolid)

Summoned from the bench with his side trailing, Verde inspired his side to claim a late point at home to Espanyol with a stunning free-kick.

Forward: Iago Aspas (Celta)

Having spent the night in hospital as his daughter was born, Aspas showed no sign of tiredness as he plundered a hat-trick to help his side to an important victory over Eibar.

Forward: Luis Suárez (Barcelona)

No Messi? No problem. Suarez joined the exclusive group of players to score a hat-trick in El Clasico as he powered Barcelona to victory over Real Madrid with a display of clinical finishing.

Forward: Portu (Girona)

In the tenth round of fixtures Portu finally broke his drought, scoring his first two goals of the season as the Catalans saw of Rayo Vallecano.
