If we talk about physique, Diego Carlos deserves his own section. He is rock solid at the back for Sevilla. He scored the winning goal and received a standing ovation from the crowd at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.

As well as the good squad Gaizka Garitano has formed, Inigo Martinez has become good at the back for Athletic. Rock solid defence which prevented Granada from fighting back in the second half at San Mames.

Because of Cazorla's absence through injury, Anguissa was the organiser and the creator. It was his best performance for Villarreal despite the defeat. He also scored a fantastic goal.
Midfielder: Jon Moncayola (Osasuna)

The Valencia academy player is Celades surprise package this season. He is having more and more protagonism. In the derby against Villarreal, Ferran Torres scored the winner.
Striker: Leo Messi (Barcelona)
Messi once again won it for Barca. The Argentine did not appear much in the top fixture, but everytime he touched the ball, he either made the Wanda crowd tremble with fear or score the winner for Barca. How many times have we said that before?
Striker: Chimy Avila (Osasuna)
And to close, just like Messi, Avila is from Rosario, Argentina. Avila has as much perseverance as Messi does quality. This weekend he scored a goal and won a penalty.
