Cases of positive coronavirus testing continue to be reported in European football. Now we have to go to Turkey to find out that two members of Besiktas have not passed the test.
One is a player, whose identity the club didn't want to share, and a member of the medical staff. This forced them to be re-quarantined and treated.
Besiktas were, alongside Galatasaray, Fenerbahce, and Trabzonspor, one of the few teams that had resumed training, although the last scheduled one was precisely suspended after the news broke.
All of this comes just 3 days after the Turkish league had a date for its resumption: 12th June.
