The Benfica youngster has earned himself a place in the first team and takes a €60 million release clause with him. The Portuguese side will hope that he renews his contract, meaning that the clause could go up to around €100 million.
Florentino Luis has been with the Portuguese side since 2010, rising up through the youth ranks before making a first team debut in February earlier this year.
PSG put in a bid but it was turned down, and it is now reported that Manchester City are considering bringing him into their ranks in the Premier League.
He has represented Portugal at U15, U16, U17, U19 and U20 level making him highly sought after.
