Bellingham out for months after shoulder surgery

Real Madrid and England midfielder Jude Bellingham, who will undergo surgery on his left shoulder in London this Wednesday, will be out of action for between two and four months, according to Dr. Patricia Núñez de Aysa from the Rippol y de Prado clinic in Madrid.
"This rehabilitation process can range from about two to four months to be able to return to the pitch again. Therefore, we hope to see Bellingham back on the pitch around autumn and be at his best by the end of the year," said the doctor in a video released by the clinic, where she explained the Englishman's operation, who is seeking to recover from continuous ailments from last season after suffering a dislocation in the La Liga match against Rayo Vallecano two seasons ago.
"The player will undergo surgery for an instability in his left shoulder due to a repeated dislocation of the shoulder joint that causes the humerus bone to leave the space where it should be located, thus damaging the soft tissues and even the humerus bone itself," she explained.
"He will undergo arthroscopic surgery, which is not open, as it does not expose the entire joint, but is performed by suturing the labrum that produces the stability of the joint, leaving the stitches inside to begin the rehabilitation process," she added.
Bellingham will gain time and take advantage of the holidays to go under the knife and return as soon as possible to the group dynamic, who was able to count on Bellingham even in the Club World Cup in the USA despite the injury, which forced him to always play with a bandage that helped him perform with limitations.
