Barcelona open the door for Hector Fort exit

Barcelona remain very active in the transfer market. While Joan Laporta assured this past weekend that he was not going to make any more signings, there are more sales planned in the squad.

One of them is that of Hector Fort. The full-back is not in Hansi Flick's plans for the 2025-26 season and has been informed as such. He is now looking for an exit so that the player can get minutes and to further ease Financial Fair Play.

Both 'Sport' and 'Mundo Deportivo' report that the only option is a permanent transfer for Hector Fort, and not a loan. He has not convinced Flick after a year in the first team.

In fact, against Vissel Kobe he didn't even play a single minute. In his position, Jules Kounde appears as a starter and Eric Garcia as the Frenchman's substitute.
