Barcelona file injunction with CSD to register Dani Olmo and Victor

'Carrusel Deportivo' reported on Tuesday night that the CSD will give the go-ahead for Barcelona to register Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor. It will be a provisional measure, as it is an urgent precautionary measure that gives a period of 3 months to investigate the merits of the case.
This measure means that the CSD admits and accepts the allegations of the ‘Cule’ club, which it understands to have the required legal basis. Now, the club will be able to use both players until a definitive ruling is given.
The aforementioned media outlet claims that neither Dani Olmo nor Pau Victor will be able to take part in the semi-final of the Spanish Super Cup that Barcelona will play on Wednesday against Athletic. However, they would be cleared to play in the final, provided Hansi Flick's side eliminate the Basque side and reach the title decider.
Barcelona had filed an appeal on Tuesday morning, which, according to 'EFE', was expected to be answered in just a few hours. Apparently, this has finally been the case and the CSD's legal services have accepted the 52-page documentation and 60 files in which the club set out its defence.
