Barcelona confirm Lamine Yamal suffers hamstring strain

Lamine Yamal, who limped off in the last minute as Spain beat Denmark 1-0 in the Nations League on Saturday, could be out of action for longer than expected.
"Tests carried out this morning on first team player Lamine Yamal have confirmed that he has a left hamstring strain," Barcelona announced on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Monday.
This is not good news for the Catalan giants, who did not give an exact date for their return. "His return to training will be determined by his recovery time," they added.
The 17-year-old will be replaced by Atletico Madrid player midfielder Rodrigo Riquelme in the Spain squad, while Barcelona are hoping Yamal will recover as soon as possible.
