Philippe Coutinho is clear that his future does not lie at Barcelona and one of the possible escape routed for him is the Premier League. There he has several clubs after him although the ones to have made a move are Arsenal.
Days back, it was revealed that the Gunners had offered 50 million euros plus Guendouzi to buy the Brazilian, but Barca do not seem happy with this option.
According to 'Mundo Deportivo', the Barca sporting director and his team have said "no" to this because they do not want Guendouzi. They do not think the French midfielder can fit in at the club despite playing at Arsenal before falling out with Arteta.
In addition, Barca, who beforehand were more open to loaning him out like they did with Bayern, now only want money. The current situation means Barca need money to balance the books and be able to sign some players.
Nevertheless, Arsenal seem to be taking it slowly and they remain open to negotiating. At the Camp Nou they are aware that Coutinho's departure will not be resolved in the coming days, but in the long term. At the moment, Bayern still have to finish their season and then discuss once the Brazilian returns.
