Barcelona are already analysing exhaustively what to do with Coutinho. At least they will have some additional time to decide what to do with him because of the extension of the competitions, although then the market could be cut short.
On the table, there are various options for the future of the Brazilian, and Bayern Munich aren't going to execute the option to buy of 120 million euros, more so in times of crisis.
Barca are thinking about a loan until they recover economically, but they are also willing to listen to offers for a transfer no less than 80 million euros.
If matches are played behind closed doors, Quique Setién thinks he can get a lot out of Coutinho and wants him in his squad, a wish that could end up costing Barcelona up to 50 million euros, as 'Marca' indicate.
The attacker has a wage of 30 million, so there is the first problem in a team that has had to cut salaries and which don't want to pay such amounts in the middle or in the time immediately following the crisis.
And there is the second problem. Barcelona agreed with Liverpool that when Coutinho reaches 100 matches. the Catalan side will have to pay them 20 million euros, so that next season they would have to pay 50 million on Coutinho alone if he stays and Setién plays him.
These figures are the ones that Barcelona are considering to try and guess what the best move for the player is, a player who arrived to solve problems and not give them. Meanwhile, Bayern want him to stay.
"We hope he'll still be with us next season. I like playing with the best players and he's a phenomenon", Thiago told 'La Vanguardia'.
