'La Gazzerra dello Sport' states that Barcelona have reached an agreement with Milan for the signing of Jean-Clair Todibo. The formula used would be a loan with the option to buy for 20 million euros at the end of the season.
However, sources from FC Barcelona deny that the club has closed any deal with the Italian side for the French player's exit.
In fact, the Catalan media adds that both Todibo's agent and Barca's sports board would have been cited for after Christmas, with the market already started, in order to assess all options and know the final positions of all parties.
The Italians did point out that the footballer's desire is to stay at Barcelona, something with which both means coincide, but for the time being there would not be any agreement between clubs.
This would keep the door open to Bayer Leverkusen, the alternative for the Frenchman if the Italian way does happen. And it is that the Germans also bid hard to get Todiba from Barca, who, despite his good performance against Inter, still has no opportunity.
