After Barcelona's press conference on Monday, the Catalan government spoke and put the ball in Barcelona's court. The club, for that reason, has made a move and called an AGM for Tuesday evening.
The Catalan government insisted on Tuesday that "there are no legal or sanitary impediments" to celebrating the vote of no confidence against Barcelona president, Josep Maria Bartomeu, and all his board.
Now, according to the journalist Alfredo Martínez of 'Onda Cero', Bartomeu has called a meeting for 19:00. It will be presential and online to deal with the dates of the vote of no confidence against the board, which may be decentralised.
There will be, therefore, 13 headquarters in Catalunya (Tarragona, Girona, Lleida, Sabadell, Terrassa, Manresa, Mataró, Vic, Granollers, Vilafranca del Penedès, Tortosa and Vilanova del Camí), seven in Spain (Madrid, Valencia, Sevilla, Zaragoza, Bilbao, Santiago, Palma de Mallorca) and one in Andorra, as 'Mundo Deportivo' acknowledge.
The key will be that the protocol has the approval of the PROCICAT technical group, which sets out the requirements because of this coronavirus crisis. And the dates on the table are 15th and 16th November. The other option, at the other extreme, would be for the Barcelona leadership to resign before those days.
