Keanu Baccus emphasised this Monday that "it is great to see Eriksen back", who is Denmark's main man, who the 'Socceroos' will go up against this Wednesday in the last matchday of Group D of the Qatar World Cup 2022.
"He's a fabulous player. That moment was sad for everyone involved in football to see (the cardiac arrrest he suffered in the Euros 2020 during the game against Finland). It's great to see him back. He's at United and it's good to see him back playing for his country, because he's a great player", the St Mirren player said.
However, the 24-year old midfielder, who has played in the Oceanic side's first two games, hinted that they should worry about their performance more than Eriksen and the rest of the Danish players', in a game in which a point could be enough to get through to the last-16 for the second time at a World Cup.
"They have quality and Eriksen is obviously a great player, but we can't think about that too much. We've got to worry about ourselves and about what we're going to do and execute our game-plan to win", he said.
