Chants of "Vinicius, you're a monkey" and "Vinicius, die!" will not go unnoticed by La Liga, who will report the incidents which occurred last Sunday at the Metropolitano.
According to 'Cadena COPE', the organisation led by Javier Tebas will send a written letter to the Antiviolence Commission on those racist insults which the Brazilian footballer received in Real Madrid's win at Atletico.
Everything seems to suggest that they will be fined, rather than there being any stadium ban. In other words, it seems like the Metropolitano will not be closed as some of the chanting occurred outside the stadium prior to the game.
The match between Atletico and Real Madrid was one of the most bad tempered ones in recent years, mainly because of the dancing controversy which occurred in the build-up.
