Athletic Bilbao v Real Madrid in matchday 34 is set to be played on Sunday 5th July at 14:00 CET, but it could be postponed due to the early kick off time.
The possible high temperature could be one problem and the other is lack of the rest between games.
Real Madrid would not get the 72 hours recommended by FIFpro between games as they play at 19:30 CET at the Di Stefano against Getafe so they would have just 62 hours rest until the clash with Athletic Bilbao. In those 62 hours, they would also have to travel to Bilbao.
However, 'Marca' says that La Liga sourceas have told them that there is no chance the match will be postponed as it is not the first time a club plays with less than 72 hours rest. They are just guaranteed two rest days between games.
It is worth pointing that the temperature could also be a problem if it is above 32 degrees or very humid, but only 25 degrees are forecast.
The match could be put back to 22:00 CET to get the 72 hours rest, but television interests rule that out as Barca are at Villarreal at that time.
The game could also be played at 19:30 CET which would be almost 72 hours and the matches involving the big two would not clash.
La Liga will make the final decision. The players association (AFE) and FIFpro cannot get the time changed.
