Asensio finishes off great move and a great week to make it 2-0

Marco Asensio remains in top form. The Real Madrid striker is ending the year in fine form. Carlo Ancelotti has given him the opportunity and he is not wasting it.

After the goal he scored in the Champions League against Inter Milan, a game he came off the bench in, the Italian coach decided to give him the opportunity of showing his worth as a starter in the derby against Atletico Madrid. 

The former Espanyol and Mallorca man took advantage of this chance brilliantly and he responded with a goal. He was having a great game, like his teammates.

He finally scored in the 57th minute after a defensive error by Atletico. Jovic found Vinicius who picked out Asensio in the box all on his own and he hit past Oblak with his left foot.
