If just a few hours back there was talk of a crazy swap deal between Juve and PSG for Pjanic, which would see Mauro Icardi go to Turin and the Bosnian to Paris, now there is completely different news coming from Italy.
'Tuttosport' states that Pjanic is still on Barcelona's agenda and that they will not throw in the towel for the highly valued Juventus man. In fact, there is stiull the possibility of both teams agreeing to a swap deal.
The agreement would see Miralem Pjanic end up at the Camp Nou and a Barca footballer would be sacrificed to allow the 30 year-old midfielder to join them.
And that would be no other than Arthur Melo. Despite the fact the Brazilian international insists that his wish is to keep on playing for Barcelona for another season, 'Tuttosport' reports that the latest talks between the clubs lead to optimism.
In addition, the Italians say that one of the ways the Catalans could put pressure on Arthur to leave is for them to leave him on the bench when La Liga resumes.. That could then make the Brazilian agree to the move so that he can get game time.
It is the latest episode in the absurd swap deal that Juve had put to Barca a few days back. That would also see De Sciglio move to the La Liga outfit.
