Arsenal target Gyokeres looking to force Sporting exit

Viktor Gyokeres looks set to be one of the big transfer sagas of this summer transfer window. The Swedish striker, who fell just short of winning the golden boot that was finally awarded to Kylian Mbappe, is on the radars of big clubs in Europe for being one of the most in-form strikers in the world today.
One of the clubs most interested in landing him is Arsenal, who need to sign a new striker for next season to alleviate the goal drought problems they have suffered this season.
The Gunners are also interested in Benjamin Sesko, so if Sporting Lisbon make things very difficult for the Londoners, they could opt for the RB Leipzig striker.
That is why, according to Fabrizio Romano, Gyokeres has contacted the Portuguese club's president to let him know that he is not willing to return to the club for next season, trying to force his move to the Emirates Stadium, which could close for 60 million euros fixed plus 10 million euros in add-ons.
