Arsenal target 'Gyokeres 2030' project

Sporting have been preparing for weeks for the inevitable departure of Viktor Gyokeres. The widely anticipated sale will see the striker join Arsenal, who have already finalised all terms for his Premier League transfer.
'The Athletic' reported on Sunday that the contract length the London club will agree with their primary target. The striker, poised to become central to Mikel Arteta's new project at the Emirates Stadium, will sign until June 30, 2030. A five-year deal.
Viktor Gyokeres has publicly expressed his desire to play in the Premier League: "I would like to play in the Premier League. It is one of the most important leagues in Europe. I went several years without playing a single match. Of course, it's something I'd like to do."
It is worth remembering that the Swedish forward previously played for Brighton & Hove Albion, albeit without making a significant impact. Swansea City and Coventry City also benefited from his goal-scoring prowess. This time, Arsenal will sign the Portuguese League's leading scorer.
