Arsenal are looking to hijack Monaco's €15m deal for Lille full-back Djibril Sidibe, according to L'Equipe.
The 23-year-old ha reportedly already agreed on a €15 million deal with Monaco, in a switch which would see Rony Lopes returning to Lillle on loan.
However, Arsene Wenger has made the France international a 'priority' this summer, with the 66-year-old coach desperately looking for defensive reinforcements.
Sidibe is a versatile defender who can play on either flank, and is believed to be a replacement for the ageing Nacho Monreal.
