Mikel Arteta's Arsenal are continuing to plan ahead for the summer transfer window and Aaron Hickey is one of Arsenal's main targets. Apparently, the North London outfit are willing to offer 17 million pounds to get hold of his services.
According to 'Football London', Arsenal fans can expect a busy transfer window. It is likely that the Gunners manager and the board are looking to reinforce many areas of the first team, such as in defence.
The cited media outlet explained that Hickey is on their agenda to bolster that area of the pitch and added that he is the number one signing after Nuno Tavares' signing has not paid off. He has been very inconsistent since joining the Gunners less than a year ago.
However, Arsenal are not the only ones interested in signing the footballer. Other clubs like Newcastle United and even Napoli are following the Scot closely.
