The English media have been saying for around a month that Arsenal are interested in signing James Maddison and Ruben Neves. It will not be easy as Chelsea are also tracking the former and Man Utd are in the mix to sign the latter. However, the 'Daily Star' says that talks for both players are very advanced.
The newspaper says that the board are negotiating with both. With regards to the Leicester City player, he could get a 200,000 pound a week offer. That is a juicy offer which might persuade him to go and ask the Foxes to let him leave.
There is not so much information on the Portuguese player at Wolves. This is a problem because, as he is on Man Utd's radar, a club which lots of financial power, there is an increasing chance that Neves will not join Mikel Arteta's side.
On the whole, both players are experienced footballers in the Premier League and they would probably be capable of adapting quickly to life at Arsenal. That is exactly what the Gunners need to increase their chances of finishing towards the top of the Premier League.
