The 26-year-old has established himself as a key player for the German outfit since his arrival from Malmo in 2015, though the 2017/18 campaign saw the Swede fail to his the heights of the previous season which saw him finish as the Bundesliga's top assist maker with 22.
However, despite his disappointing season, Swedish newspaper 'SportExpressen' reports that Forsberg remains on the radars of a host of Europe's top clubs, with Arsenal, Atletico Madrid and Juventus all thought to have held talks with Hasan Cetinkaya, Forsberg's agent.
With Leipzig already set to lose Naby Keita to Liverpool, they are incredibly reluctant to see any more of their stars depart the club this summer and are thought to be holding out for a fee in the region of £48m.
Forsberg is under contract with Leipzig until 2022, with the German side holding an option to extend that deal by a further year.
