Bologna forward Marko Arnautovic is the top scorer in Serie A. The player is in his second season at his current club, but he could have left during the next transfer window.
Tiziano Pasquali, the footballer's agent, said in an interview with Gianluca Di Marzio: "Juventus and Man Utd were interested. The English side presented an offer in writing and negotiations continued even after protests from their fans. In the end, it was Marko who opted to stay at Bologna."
Bologna sporting director Marco di Vaio said on the player: "He's understand that he's a leader on and off the pitch. Not only because of how he plays. He's a role model for kids."
"He used to prefer providing assists to scoring, but now he thinks about both things," di Vaio added. Lastly, the footballer himself spoke abut his fight for the Golden Boot: "Scoring makes me happy, but I'm not interested in the race to be the top socrer. I'd rather not score and the team win."
