Following an agreement between West Ham and Austria to only play Arnautovic in the first fixture of the international break, as he recovers from an ongoing knee issue, the forward will be fit to play Tottenham this weekend.
29 year old Arnautovic suffered the injury during West Ham's excellent 3-1 win over Everton earlier this season, but has continued to play for the team, in light of their shaky start to the campaign.
Four of the club's five players to be called up to their national sides have already reported back to first team training; Arthur Massuaku withdrew from the DR Congo squad with a minor ankle issue, with Robert Snodgrass withdrawing from the Scotland team for the same reason.
Thankfully for West Ham, goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski returned to training with a clean bill of health, while Andriy Yarmolenko is still with his national team, as Ukraine prepare to face the Czech Republic on Tuesday.
