Arnautovic has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford this summer after scoring 11 goals and providing eight assists in 35 appearances for the 'Hammers'.
Speculation has intensifed after it emerged that Jose Mourinho had flown to Austria to watch the forward during an international friendly against Russia.
And Arnautovic has done little to dispel the rumours following comments made to reporters ahead of Austria's final friendly against Brazil on Sunday.
He told 'Sky Austria': "I am happy with my job. Whatever happens will happen. I haven't heard anything.
"Even three weeks ago I hadn't heard anything. That's why I cannot say anything about it. The only thing that bothers me is that I am in good health and that I am able to play football.
"I have a contract at West Ham, that's all we have to talk about".
