La Masia's young star could miss about a month of Barca's games. According to 'Mundo Deportivo', he could go to the Under 17 World Cup with Spain.
The naturalisation of the young Barcelona player is going well. Roberto Moreno, the Spain coach, assured that "the Federation are working on bringing Ansu Fati."
Likewise, the footballer's father said that his Spanish passport is being processed and they were hoping to have by the end of July. It is now in his final phase and once it is completed, that would take him a step closer to playing for Spain.
Once his naturalisation is official, Ansu Fati can be called up by Spain. The first tournament he could play in would be the Under 17 World Cup, which takes place between 26th October and 17th November.
That would make Ansu Fati miss at least one month of action for Barcelona. If we include him preparing for the tournament, he could miss the games against Eibar, Slavia Prague (twice), Real Madrid, Valladolid, Levante and Celta Vigo.
