Ancelotti gets rid of Camavinga's 'punishment'

Real Madrid's defeat against Espanyol in La Liga and Sheriff in the Champions League not long ago seemed to see several players punished. Camavinga was one of them, but he regained trust and started the 2-1 win over Rayo Vallecano. 

The Frenchman started the game and had a good performance. He was not one of the best in the game as he was a bit timid in certain phases of play, but he did show signs of his quality. He was a vital player at Rennes and he is hoping to get that same status in Spain. 

That is important if Ancelotti is going to rotate his squad. Kroos, Modric and Casemiro is his preferred midfield, but they could need rest at some time during the season and the Frenchman is one of the favourites to start if that trio ever need to rest.

Camavinga's progression could also be key to his long term future at Real Madrid as the club are looking to bring through young players as some of the older ones have ot performed well. The number 25 hopes to get more games and become key in the future.
