West Bromwich Albion appointed Darren Moore as their permanent manager last week, with the new boss already seeking out Fleetwood Town's Kyle Dempsey as a potential target.

Moore led the Baggies on a pride-salvaging mission as their spell in the Premier League came to an end. Despite being unable to secure safety in the top-flight, Moore was able to secure his position at the club.

According to 'Sportsmail', West Brom are hoping to tempt the 22-year-old over to the Hawthorns as they launch their campaign to earn promotion again from the Championship.

Dempsey plays as a midfielder for Fleetwood Town and has made 51 appearances for the club this season, tallying up one goal and five assists. Yet, the youngster has also received interest from Wigan and Bristol City.

Moore will also be hoping to hold onto his key players, and sure up the squad ahead of the battle next season to return to the English top-tier.
