Borussia Mönchengladbach enjoyed a 3-0 home win versus Wolfsburg back in June.

In the build up to the fixture, we have decided to look back at the meeting between the two sides back in June. The hosts took the lead after just 10 minutes through Jonas Hofmann. Hofmann then got his second on the half-hour mark and Lars Stindl sealed the win with a goal 25 minutes from time to complete the 3-0 victory.
Gladbach moved into fifth on 59 points, just one off the Champions League spots with the win while Wolfsburg were 13 points back in sixth and in the middle of a fight for the Europa League with Hoffenheim and Freiburg.
