Valencia have signed Swiss defender Eray Cömert
Valencia have secured the services of Swiss defender Eray Ervin Cömert. He has signed for the remainder of this season and four more.
Valencia have a new centre-back. The 23-year-old Swiss player, of Turkish descent, Eray Ervin Cömert, arrives from Basel. The defender has signed a four and a half year contract with the Valencia club.
He is young, but with plenty of experience. Formed in the youth academy of Basel, he has more than a hundred games in the elite of Swiss football, and has also played in European competition.
He has also been a full international with Switzerland, after playing in all the youth categories of the Swiss national team, proof of his worth.
