After dismissing claims that he got himself booked deliberately, Sergio Ramos has been caught on camera asking the Real Madrid bench whether he should make the tactical decision. He asked his captain and fellow teammates, 'Should I look for it?' as well as making a card gesture towards the bench. Unsurprisingly, just minutes later, he clattered into Ajax striker Kasper Dolberg and went into the referee's book.
The booking means Madrid's skipper will receive a one-match suspension, and miss the Champions League quarter-finals, after which all bookings are erased and he would return to a clean record.
