If Unai Emery cannot find the magic touch to help Paris Saint-Germain overcome Real Madrid in the return leg on March 6, his future in Paris looks extremely bleak. Reports on Friday claim that Al-Khelaifi will turn to either Zinedine Zidane or Luis Enrique to continue the mega project at the Ligue 1 club.

At the Parc des Princes, it's been made very clear that they have aspirations to dominate European football. To do this, the club requires 'top' players, with the 'MCN' of Neymar, Edinson Cavani and Kylian Mbappe a good example of this. But it is not only on the pitch that titles are won..

The head coach is another important aspect to success, as tactics and player management are key factors in defeating the other top sides in the continent. However, Emery has not provided the expected results for the Qatari owners, who are looking for a more reliable person to spearhead the project.

They want someone who is already accustomed to lifting the Champions League. Enter Zidane and Enrique. According to 'Sport', the former Barcelona manager is the closest to taking over the reigns at PSG next season, although Chelsea could still be a potential destination depending on the overall performance of Antonio Conte come May.

Regarding Zidane, his future is also unclear and depends on Madrid's performance in the European competition as they look to secure their third consecutive trophy and their only real chance of silverware this campaign. If he succeeds in eliminating PSG, it will be no surprise that they would want the Frenchman at the helm next year.

However, with the tie finely poised at 3-1 in the Spanish giants favour, there is still all to play for in Paris as it seems that it isn't only a place in the Champions League quarter-finals at stake.
